Our Terms and Conditions

Below you can find an overview of the terms and conditions of Kadek Local Bali Tours. We divided our conditions in tour conditions, scooter tour conditions, scooter rental conditions and finally our privacy policy.

Tour conditions

• All of Kadek Local Bali Tours start in Bali.

• All tours include a car with air conditioning, petrol, an English speaking driver, parking fees and one mineral water per person.

• All-inclusive tours include above and one meal based on the tour itinerary, entrance fees and donations.

• The price on our website is the price you will pay. We don’t work with hidden charges.

• You can book a tour with Kadek Local Bali Tours by contacting us by phone, WhatsApp, Skype, Email, Facebook or via the contact and booking form on our website.

• We only accept cash payments in Indonesian Rupiah. If you wish to pay in a different currency, please check for the possibilities prior to the tour date. Payment is always made prior to the start of the tour. 

• For every extra hour we calculate IDR 50.000 per car.

• We are not liable to damage, loss, injury, and death sustained during the tour.  

• We don't provide any insurance, so we advise you to purchase a travel insurance prior to your arrival in Bali, which will cover your whole stay.

• We do have special discounts for group bookings! Please contact us for more details.

Scooter Tour conditions

• All of Kadek Local Bali Tours start in Bali.

• You can choose to ride the scooter yourself or to sit behind the guide. If you choose to ride along in the back tours are only available for maximum 2 person.

• Everyone who drives the scooter from Kadek Local Bali Tours himself, must be above the age of 18.

• The driver must have a valid Driver’s License from your country or state of permanent residence, in combination with an International license or a local license, which can be issued by the Indonesian Government (police station in Denpasar).

• Everyone has to wear their helmets at all times while riding the scooter.

• All tours include a scooter, petrol, an English speaking driver, parking fees and one mineral water per person.

• The price on our website is the price you will pay. We don’t work with hidden charges.

• We are not liable to damage, loss, injury, and death sustained by the driver of the scooter or their pillion riders and other people involved in accidents.

• The driver of the scooter is fully responsible for the damage and/or loss of the rented scooter. If the scooter is not returned in the same state as it was received prior to the tour the driver has to pay for the damages.

• We don't provide any insurance, so we advise you to purchase a travel insurance prior to your arrival in Bali, which will cover your whole stay.

Scooter Rental conditions

• Everyone who rents a bike or a scooter from Kadek Local Bali Tours, must be above the age of 18.

• Valid Driver’s License from your country or state of permanent residence is mandatory, in combination with an International license or a local license, which can be issued by the Indonesian Government (police station in Denpasar).

• Delivery and pickup is always free.

• Our rental includes an automatic scooter, 1 or 2 sanitized helmets.

• All scooters are supplied with a full tank of petrol upon delivery and should be returned with a full tank as well. In case the fuel tank is not filled to the top we will charge IDR 50,000. 

• There is no minimum renting period (renting a scooter for 1 day only is possible).

• The mileage is unlimited.

• If any of our (used) accessories are stolen, lost or damaged the Indonesian new retail value will be charged. Retail values are: Helmet - IDR 350,000 , Raincoat IDR 100,000 and STNK (scooter tax and owner documents) IDR 1,000,000.

• We only accept cash payments in Indonesian Rupiah. If you wish to pay in a different currency, please check for the possibilities prior to the tour date. Payment is always made upon dropping off the scooter. 

• To make sure the hirer of the scooter returns the scooter in the same condition as it was received the passport/KTP of the hirer will be kept for safekeeping during the rental period.

• It is under no circumstance allowed to leave the scooter behind at the airport or any other area. If you would like to change the pickup time just give us a call any time.

• Charges will be applied for 1 – 4h delay of collecting the scooter, more than 4h will be charged a full day rental. Charges rate = 20% * base price * exceed hour(s).

• We are not liable to damage, loss, injury, and death sustained by the hirers riding the motorbikes or their pillion riders and other people involved in accidents.

• The hirers of the scooter are fully responsible for the damage and/or loss of the rented scooter. If the rented scooter is not returned in the same state as it was received the hirer has to pay for the damages.

• Hirers are responsible for only parking their rented scooter at scooter designated parking areas. Make sure not to park the scooter at private properties.

• Scooters are not allowed to be taken off the island of Bali.

• Hirers have to wear their helmets at all times while driving the scooter.

Car rental conditions

• We will take you wherever you would like to go as long as it is in Bali.

• All car rental services include a car with air conditioning for max 6 person, petrol and an English speaking driver.

• The price on our website is the price you will pay. We don’t work with hidden charges.

• You can book your car rental with Kadek Local Bali Tours by contacting us by phone, WhatsApp, Skype, Email, Facebook or via the contact and booking form on our website.

• We only accept cash payments in US Dollars or Indonesian Rupiah. If you wish to pay in a different currency, please check for the possibilities prior to your car rental date. Payment is always made once we pick you up. 

• For every extra hour we calculate IDR 50.000 per car.

• We are not liable to damage, loss, injury, and death sustained during the car rental.  

• We don't provide any insurance, so we advise you to purchase a travel insurance prior to your arrival in Bali, which will cover your whole stay.

Privacy Policy

• Your privacy is our main concern, so we will not use any of your personal information for anything other than to process your booking.
